How to make a real Cuban Mojito?

Summer is the best time for refreshing cocktails and parties. There are many reasons to celebrate a holiday or just a Friday with friends. Mojito is a traditional Cuban refreshing drink. He is sweet but sour, fresh and invigorating. This is the best choice for large companies and fun party. The difficulty level is moderate.

White or light rum (Bacardi Mojito) 50-60 ml



Lime



1.5 teaspoons of sugar



8 sprigs of mint



soda water, mineral water

Put mint leaves in a tall glass. Carefully pour in the syrup or lime juice, the leaves can be slightly rumpled, but it is impossible to tear. Floating leaves of mint in the glass does not give the cocktail of elegance. Pouring mint leaves with lime juice we get from them extract oils, which give the cocktail a unique flavor.
