How to work in the program Sony Vegas(basics)

Hello. Today more and more popular program Sony Vegas, so I decided to write briefly the basics of using the program. How to start, learn and create glued a small clip in the program.

A little searching on the Internet, you can find the definition of prog.

Sony Vegas - professional program for multitrack recording, editing and assembling video and audio streams.

It follows that we can deduce either audio or video, or all together.

Despite the functionality, Sony Vegas is very easy to use. The main tool in this mouse. With it you can widen/narrow/slow down/speed up video and audio tracks.

To trim a video or audio: click on the edge of the track and hold buttons, trim video(notice the track is the end. and if you exceed it, it will be shown, but not in the form of several pieces, and as a whole);

To slow down/speed up: Hold down ctrl and click on the edge of the track;

Smooth start or end At the beginning and the end of the passage we can find smooth transitions, which are demonstrated in the video. By the way, if you click the move right button, you can choose the configuration of the transition, but it should be considered more.

Pieces of video you can cross with each other, just adjust them. In options there is the ability to automatically transition from one to another.

Right clicking on the video track, you will see the option to Insert text media . It will allow you to insert the words in the right place and, if necessary, they can decorate, run in 3D or do they mask(the mask will cover in the next lesson)
