Sometimes when you climb in the Internet, you can pick up voto such blatant virus called Trojan Winlock or just the banner.
So I will help you cope with the virus.

step 1
You can go through safe mode(at startup companies press F8) and include a good anti-virus advise Dr. Web(tested on their own experience) and to validate the entire C drive!!! It is important that all the banners fly on drive C.
2 step
If the virus scan did not help you can find such folders like Program Files or Windows, it will not be very easy to find, it will weigh about a few KB, and to have any label on it may be even picture any igrice you still will find something to verify you can click on it if it is a banner you can restart the computer and go through safe mode to remove.
3 step
Re systemus -> Programs> Accessories -> system tools -> System restore - Restore an earlier state of the computer.
Choose a date earlier than that, when there was a banner, be accurate when doing this because you can delete all programs you have installed.
