Difficulty level: Easy

What you will need:

Photoshop

step 1

Create a new document(any size) and a new layer, fill the layer with white color Then apply the Noise Filter to Add noise (Amount of 140%,monochrome)Nazimeen YES .

2 step

Again the Blur Filter motion Blur (Angle -77,Offset 13).

Then browse to the Picture menu Adjusting the hue/saturation (hue 115; Saturation 57; Brightness -44).

Go To Filter, Stylize Wind (Oscillation Method; Right).

Next Edit, Transform, Rotate 90 degrees clockwise All the grass is ready=)
