2 step
Being in the building:
1. Immediately take a safe place to stand in the doorway, climb under the bed or under the table. Stay away from Windows and heavy objects such as a refrigerator or stove, they can tip over or move.

If you caught earthquakes OUTSIDE the home:

What to do after an earthquake:
1. Stay calm.
2. Assess the situation.
3. Help people cope with the consequences: locate fires and extinguish them; help to pull people from the rubble; try to support and encourage children and victims; shut off the gas Wintel; encourage doctors, police, emergency and to all involved in rescue operations.
4. Contact with family and friends, will inform them about your safety.
