How to make salad "knight"?

3 medium potatoes



2 small carrots



1 pickled cucumber



100 g of sauerkraut



1 small jar of green peas



1 medium onion



sour cream for salads



salt and pepper to taste

Potatoes and carrots wash, boil, cool and peel. The salted cucumber cut off the ends. Open a can of green peas and drain out liquid. Sauerkraut to get from banks and lightly wring his hands from excess brine.

Carrots and pickled cucumber cut into small cubes, potatoes cut into cubes larger.

Onion peel and finely chop. Instead of onions, you can use green onions.
